DIARY OF A CELEBRITY PERSONAL TRAINER: I Love Paris in the Summer, I love Paris in the Fall...

I feel much better today after getting a bit of sleep and learning from all the events.

So today is another dreamy language and accent... the Parisian French. It is as sophisticated sounding as the city looks.

I went out for a walk shortly after we arrived to pick up some hair elastics and bobby pins. I tried to find them at about 5 different pharmacies. I guess they actually just sell drugs there as I had no luck.

I did notice the city smells like it has been washed in perfume and there are a lot of beautiful women here. It's fashion week so I’m not sure if the women are here for that, or if this is what French women look like. If this is what they look like I want to be French. However, this would require a lot of shopping for designer clothes and doing hair and makeup regularly so I may stick to the sporty look.

We are staying in Paris. The view of the Eiffel tower is the view from my clients room. I gasped as I walked out and saw the splendour of the city and of course the view of the spectacular monument.

The first time I saw the Eiffel Tower was when I traveled to Paris in 2000. I literally started banging on the subway windows with two fists saying “ oh my god looooookkkkk!!” when I saw the Eiffel tower for the first time. It is amazing.

I also found out today that my Francs (from the last time I was in Europe) aren't actually used anymore in France. Bummer, dammed Euro. Lol Just jokin.

We completed a bunch of media and press interviews at the hotel today. The rest of the day part of the group went to a fashion show, I do not remember who the designer was though.

And the food, oh the food. I love that I can order absolutely anything as the chef will make anything I request! This is a blessing as some of the food this trip started to get very monotonous. I think I have totally turned my client off of oatmeal (this seems to be have been the only clean carb we are easily able to get so far). Today the chef went out and purchased the items to make a macrobiotic brown rice salad. It was divine, fresh and organic! My type of peeps, as long as they recycle! lol

Au Revoir for now
