DIARY OF A CELEBRITY PERSONAL TRAINER: On The Road Again...do do do do....On The Road Again!

With just enough time to see family and friends, enjoy 3 nights of sound, deep sleep and eat mom’s home cooked meals, I'm packed and off again for a new adventure!

This time we are heading back to LA for a performance at the 2009 MTV Latin Music Awards!! I have not been here since Summer '09 for the ALMA Awards and meeting my ultimate crush...CONAN O'BRIAN. My client performed on both shows.

As you all know, I just love my sunglasses and right before I boarded my plane my Dad called to tell me I forgot my million dollar sunglasses at home. (In LA without the appropriate eye coverage! Geez the paparazzi are going to know who I am now! Lol.) I guess I HAVE to go and buy another pair: BVLGARI 5008 will do just fine :)

Shortly after we arrived in LA, the van picked us up and we went straight to the rehearsal set for my client to have a walk through of the show. Auditorium was huge, I wonder what it'll be like tomorrow when it's full? After a couple hours, I then set off to Whole Foods to shop for a few healthy, key items to take back to the hotel and prep. Grocery shopping in the magical land of America is always fun. It's so important to stay organized when it comes to planing meals in the road. It is really easy to fall off track during and at the end of a long day.

Since there is not a lot on the schedule today, tonight I plan on being asleep by 9:30pm LA time (12:30am EST) and up at 4am. Wicked, I will be able to workout in the morning!

Tomorrow is a big day... lots of TV/ radio interviews, the dress rehearsal and the live broadcast show! Hopefully, we make it back to the Conan studio this trip. Fingers crossed.
